So Northern Breaks their site down in to areas of the world to search for Experienced jobs, eliminating you needing to select what area your searching for later in the search area.
Powered by a company called KeneXa the site runs fast and smooth. You can upload your CV to just let them see if a job in the Future is suitable to you, it did not take long, CV with coverletter, then add your job history, just the job title no need to add descriptive info, then your school history and finally your ethnicity.
The search page is clean with enough options to keep everyone happy with the business areas available.
Search results come formatted nicely easy to read click through for description. The back button in firefox works if you resend your query information. Handy for people who use back and forward buttons like myself a lot.
All in all a nice site not seen one by KeneXa before but good
