MF Global

MF Global site looks extremely basic at first glance, its a list of the jobs available and you can filter by office location and keywords. 

The advanced part is when you try and upload your CV and sign up for job alerts.  This part of the process is all dealt with by a search company called Onewire.  

Onewire has one of the most comprehensive sign up forms I have ever seen.  It didn't take too long to sign up and when adding your previous job history you can specify exactly all the parts of parts you were involved in in your previous role even down to the percentage of time you allocated to each part.

Once registered on Onewire you can search the large database of all companies on the site, there seems to be a good industry filter but you will have to manually add each location you want to filter by which could take a long time and looks to be a flaw of the site.
