Nomura

Nomura started off promising, good search fields are presented in front of you and its fast you don't have to log in to search.  But then under some searches I ran selecting the next button for the rest of the results threw you out to the full list of available jobs worldwide making you then have to hunt the full list.

Then once you get to some of the jobs for example the one above it has been filled in incorrectly with the location in the Client Job Ref field.  Which can confuse you as the next page feature making the search change from the area you were looking at to worldwide you have to check each job spec to discover its location its not on the results page.

If you do decide to log in and create a profile you can upload a CV and Coverletter but you can not make a search send you an email.

All these problems leave me with giving Nomura a 3 star rating for Average.
