Excellent search function and ability to crate emails to send you is the standard that others should aspire to. Société Générale do this well if not perfectly when you search by selecting the area you are looking for even before you hit the search button your told how many roles are available so if zero you can make your search less refined and view the results. One problem is only one search per country multiple countries can not be selected but the results come at you so fast that I'm not knocking a star off for it.
Once results come they are easily viewable with fast loading and the back button works without throwing you out of the site, which you may find is one of my pet hates on other sites.
As for applying for jobs well they excel here as well only requiring a CV and cover letter, which can be uploaded in seconds. I prefer this way instead of several other sites where you upload your CV and then spend the next 20 minutes formatting it correctly in to all the text boxes they want.
In summary a fast responsive search function and applying only requiring a CV and cover letter to complete gives Société Générale top marks.
