If your looking for a job at one of their German or Swiss offices then this is the site for you if not then they have no clear link for jobs at any of their other sites around the world that I can see, maybe at the time of me looking there were only jobs in Germany and Switzerland, but then at least allow me to see that there are none available for the place I'm looking.

So the above screen is the site you will be presented with a very basic list of current jobs with a basic filter for location and function area.  Obviously the filter is only showing what's in the list not helping you if you want to look for a job elsewhere.

So is it worth creating an account, well on one hand you get a search page and results contain further information, e.g. the experience of the role which is nice to know and not something that comes up often, this though is not available for every position.  Finally you can set up searches and save them but then these can not be emailed to yourself.
During the registration you can fill in all the info you would expect if you were actually applying for a role, and without the email function it is just so you can register with the company for future roles.  See picture below for the number of steps to take, I highly recommend just the Personal Data and add you Resume as an attachment so you are at least registered and have send you a CV which is the basis of all the other pages and you can now use the search and have better results.

Why the search page is not open to none registered users seems strange and pulls the final review down.
